- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order receipt) is required to process any return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized or special-order products.
3. Return Process

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days through your original payment method (Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded through bank transfer or another agreed method).
- If rejected, we will inform you of the reason (e.g., item not in original condition).
